Outdoors – 6.45 / 7pm Sowerby Gateway. Group warm up / drills + 22 minutes on track of 200 effort / 200 walk / jog / regroup, equal ability group recovery.
It’s getting colder and darker on a night so let’s listen to instructions and keep this session moving. Now is not the time to stand around and talk. Cold muscles lead to injuries.

Everyone to meet at the school at 6.45. ( Thirsk School /Sports Hall ) Once again we are short of coaches but we adjust to deliver and move forward.
The session is as follows:
6.50 start warm ups.
6.55 briefing.
7.00. 2 x 12 to 14 station core work rolling circuits as before BC ( before covid ) 40 seconds / station and move on to the next. You need to be in equal ability speed groups of no more than four per station. (Nigel to time, 2-3 leaders / coaches to cover and advise / encourage.)
7.25/30 Group to split / Bronwyn & Tom to take group to Gateway, 4 x 4 min/ 1 min recovery.
A chance for everyone to see each other and work together. These are great team bonding sessions. Just put your phones down and join in.
