It’s that time again, the people who entered the London Marathon will now know if they have a place – or not.

As a club we are allocated 1 or 2 places in the London Marathon, which we hold a draw for, usually at the Christmas party, which this year is on Friday 6th December.

If you applied but have a rejection email, and would like to enter the draw for a club place, you need to fulfil the following criteria (criteria to be confirmed at July TaSH committee meeting):

• Paid up first claim member

• Members wanting to be in the draw must prove that they have applied to the normal ballot and had a rejection letter (email)

• Has not won London marathon club place in previous 2 years

• Has been a member of TaSH for at least the whole of year in which the draw is made

Either: Run at least 4 races for the club (in a club vest) in the calendar year of the draw.

Or: Attended at least 25 training sessions in the calendar year of the draw.
