We are looking now for volunteers to take on the following roles:

  • Digital Media Administrator, who will manage our web and social media from a technical perspective
  • Digital Content Publisher, with a focus on promoting the club using all our social media channels regularly via Facebook and Instagram
  • Web Editor who will update regularly our website and support the Committee members

Digital Media Administrator

who will manage our web and social media from a technical perspective

Job Description

  • Oversees and maintains an overview of our digital media assets
  • Develops and carries out a yearly plan to further enhance our web and social media channels
  • Assigns and revokes user access to our web and social media platforms in close collaboration with the Committee
  • Checks and updates regularly all plugins of the web site
  • Promotes the use
  • Provides support to Committee members on web editing, shop management, payment integration
  • Provides support to Club members on general questions related with our web and social media
  • Collects feedback from the members community

Required Skills

  • Working experience with WordPress
  • Working experience with the integration of WordPress with other systems including payment and social media platforms
  • Working experience with the use and integration of the Meta platforms: Instagram and Facebook

Digital Content Publisher

with a focus on promoting the club using all our social media channels regularly via Facebook and Instagram

Job Description

  • Develops and carries out a digital media marketing plan on a monthly basis with a focus on promoting the club in the local community, keeping the general public and members informed about our activities and events.
  • Schedules and posts regularly news to Instagram and Facebook as per our marketing plan  in close coordination with other Committee members
  • Works closely with (Marion) and provides input for race and activities reports

Required Skills

  • Hands on experience with Facebook and Instagram

  • Some knowledge of marketing plan development

Web Editor

who will update regularly our website and support other Committee members

Job Description

  • Updates regularly web content in coordination with other Committee members, only for the central parts of our web.

Required Skills

  • Familiarity with WordPress
