Sarah Harrison completed the Lyke Wake challenge on Saturday, a 40 mile route across the moors designed to cross the North York Moors at its widest and highest points. The route runs between Ravenscar and Scarth Wood Moor, Osmotherley.

Had an amazing day yesterday with my sister Jennie Burtsell completing the 40 mile Lyke Wake route across the North York Moors. Super hot day but at least the trails and bogs were dry. Some pretty tricky terrain in places making running difficult but chuffed to complete it in 10hrs 36mins. All made possible by our super crew – Mum, Dad, Ashton & Dexter
