Notice of Thirsk and Sowerby Harriers Annual General Meeting 11 October 2023

As you will be aware there are several vacancies on the committee, including chair, vice-chair, treasurer and general members. Click here to download the nomination form, instructions for how to nominate for the committee are on the form. Nominations must be received by 20 September 2023.

2022 AGM minutes are available here, and the 2023 draft agenda here. If you have any questions that you would like discussed at the AGM please submit them to chair@tasharriers.club by Sat 7 October 2023. Members questions will be added to the final agenda and published in the members area of Thirsk and Sowerby Harriers website by 10 October. NB: only questions submitted by 7 October will be addressed at the meeting.

The secretary’s report can be viewed here. Up to date finances will be sent as soon as they are available after the year end (30th September).

The revised constitution will be agreed at the AGM. Following members consultation small formatting changes have been made, the final version of the constitution can be seen here. The template AGM agenda at appendix 1 can be seen here.
