This week’s thoughts from Rob                              w/c 21st November 2022

Almost a month ago I managed to get a huge pain in my lower back which has not been very pleasant, it won’t allow me to run.  Just over a week ago I received a letter from the NHS saying a recent biopsy has come back saying positive for cancer which was more of a surprise than a shock.  I would have quite happily not have had to deal with either. The problem is I need to be able to run to be able to process the latter. My back is slowly getting better, I also get a big lift coming to training and from those of you who contact me and help me along.  At the moment I’m not over thinking things and I’m also confident all will be fine.
It was great to see such a huge TASH  turnout at Thirsk Garden Centre yesterday, to greet Kevin Sinfield while on his epic challenge. If you get a moment read his story. What an inspirational Guy. I had the pleasure of meeting some of his coaching and backing team today. Have you seen the size of his shoulders?

See you soon,

Rob
